3 Bedroom House in Williams Town, Freeport

Welcome to our newly renovated townhome at Cannes Village. This complex is small and quiet, with two buildings and a total of 18 units. Ours is an end unit in the second (12-unit) building. It has a large window on the side, affording a great cross-breeze when you open this and the screened beachside patio door and window, along with the screen front door.
The white sand beach is only 100 feet from our patio, beckoning you to take long walks in either direction. Relaxing on the beach, playing in the ocean, snorkeling around the nearby jetties, or taking advantage of nearby Jet Ski, kayak and other rentals can provide hours of entertainment. On your way back to the townhome, take a dip in the pool.
Once you’re settled back in the townhome, you can opt to cook in the all-new, fully furnished kitchen, or walk a very short distance for a meal at one of the nearby eateries. A sunset walk on the beach during low tide presents you with glorious views. After dark, you can relax with a provided book, puzzle, game or DVD. The living area’s 50” TV has streaming service for Netflix, Amazon Prime or YouTube, using your personal sign-in info for each service. There is plenty of seating area for your group: Sofa, loveseat, and two swivel chairs with ottomans.
Also on the main floor is a small bedroom with two twin beds and dresser (no closet), ½ bath with shower, dining table with seating for six. There is a closet with eight beach towels, sand toys, miscellaneous lotions and other things you might find useful during your stay.
The carpeted second floor Master bedroom has a sliding patio door that walks out to a balcony with small side table and two chairs. Enjoy the fabulous view of the ocean, palm trees, flower gardens, gazebo and pool. There is a queen bed, two nightstands, dresser, large closet, 55” TV and DVD player. The ensuite bath includes a shower.
The Guest bedroom, also on the second floor, has a queen size bed, two nightstands, dresser and closet, with an ensuite bath with tub and shower. It also has 32" TV with Amazon FireStick only. For your comfort, all three of the bedrooms have foam mattress toppers as well as large ceiling fans and air conditioners. For the little ones, we provide a portable crib, high chair and booster seat. Additional damage deposit required if children under 18 are in your group.
Our patio has two lounge chairs, a table with four chairs and a gas grill.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here in November 2023. For check in the manager, Val, met us at the apartment. She was a very nice lady and was available whenever we needed anything. The apartment was as described. There were a couple of hiccups, but they were resolved quickly by Val and her crew. The place was clean and the security locks for all the doors and windows were a plus. One issue was that the complex did not have proper lighting in the front so when we walked during the evening to get something to eat, it was a bit dark. I would have been a little more nervous if my spouse wasn't with me. I liked that each bedroom had an air conditioning unit. The units probably need updating as they are loud and automatic settings can be off. However, I was happy to have the units for the comfort. Met one of the neighbors, who was a doctor and president of the association, he and his wife were friendly and introduced themselves. He also let us know about the safety level and the security gate to the beach. The place was quiet and relaxing, just what we needed. They had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The only drawback was that the TV was lacking for us TV junkies. Because of the location, we could not watch Netflix and things like that. I would suggest perhaps getting NordVPN for the televisions so that visitors can watch football or things like that in the down time. I did like that they did not have a ton of clean up rules upon exit.

Summary: The condo is very nice, very clean, and has great space. Val, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful. It would have been nice to have a notebook of suggested restaurants, how to best work the a/c units, and location of grocery/drugstore. You definitely need to rent a car or plan on using taxis for everything. The master bed mattress is not comfortable but the other mattresses were fine. Great access to the ocean/beach and resort next door. We ate at DeGregory’s every day for breakfast!

Summary: Stayed for 10 days, condo is very clean, and well stocked. Unit manager went out of her way to help with everything that was needed and was always easy to reach. We were 2 couples, each bedroom has its own bathroom and a/c. Just steps away from the pool and amazing beach. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, we did walk to the marketplace most days, it takes roughly 40 min. Would definitely rent again.

Summary: We spent a week at Cannes Condominium and it couldn’t have been better . We were 3 adults and 3 kids below 5 including an infant . Jim and Nancy hace items for the kids which is rare in many places. The house is furnished with everything you can expect if it was your own house : from bath towels , beach towels , everything necessary in the kitchen . We didn’t miss a thing . The unit manager was super helpful for any inquiry and Nancy / Jim respond really . We used the swimming pool which is really convenient just once because the weather was not that nice and it was really nice for the kids ! We also rented at the recommended place and we didn’t have any issue , they were waiting for us at the airport even though the flight was late ! I would really recommend to go to this Condo
